What You’ll Do

Be the bridge between clients and caregivers, ensuring every match feels seamless and supportive.

Manage caregiver schedules like a pro, balancing personalities, needs, and availability with finesse.

Handle challenges head-on, resolving concerns quickly and with empathy.

Keep records sharp, accurate, and always ready for compliance checks.

Navigate regulations and company policies like second nature.

Juggle priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment where your impact is felt daily.

What You Bring

Experience in home care coordination or related fields (bonus if you’ve led teams or handled scheduling complexity).

Organizational superpowers with an eagle eye for detail.

The ability to stay cool under pressure while getting things done.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Independence when needed, collaboration when it counts.

Comfort with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Availability Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm at our Corporate Headquarters
