Position Summary

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Hourly Restaurant Manager to help support our leadership team and keep service running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for an experienced server or bartender ready to step into a leadership role—or for someone with management experience looking for a part-time, balanced schedule.

You’ll supervise shifts, support the FOH and kitchen teams, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience. You can also pick up serving or bartending shifts if desired, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support front-of-house and kitchen teams during service.
• Maintain a positive, guest-focused atmosphere and set the tone for great hospitality.
• Handle opening and closing duties, cash control, and side work oversight.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to keep service smooth.
• Step in to serve or bartend as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
