About Us

Rendezvous Pizza is a lively, fast-growing pizza restaurant that brings together four regional pizza styles under one roof, from Detroit to New York, Chicago to California. We’re all about great food, good vibes, and creating a place where both guests and team members feel right at home.

Position Summary

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Hourly Restaurant Manager to help support our leadership team and keep service running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for an experienced server or bartender ready to step into a leadership role—or for someone with management experience looking for a part-time, balanced schedule.

You’ll supervise shifts, support the FOH and kitchen teams, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience. You can also pick up serving or bartending shifts if desired, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and support front-of-house and kitchen teams during service.
  • Maintain a positive, guest-focused atmosphere and set the tone for great hospitality.
  • Handle opening and closing duties, cash control, and side work oversight.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to keep service smooth.
  • Step in to serve or bartend as needed.
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and service standards.

Requirements :

  • 1+ years of restaurant experience; leadership or key holder experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends.

  • $15–$19 per hour (based on experience).
  • Serving and / or bartending shifts available for additional hours.
  • Flexible schedule (3–5 shifts per week).
