Property Accounting Manager up to $140k + 15% bonus

What to know :

  • Compensation range of $130K - $140K
  • 15% bonus
  • Hybrid set up – 3 days in-office and 2 days remote (In-office Days : Mondays and Wednesdays a must)

Functions :

  • Oversee property-level accounting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Manage cash flow, financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations
  • Support 3rd party MRI users and manage loan compliance
  • Prepare unaudited and audited financial statements
  • Collaborate with Acquisitions and Dispositions teams on financial analysis and reporting

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
  • 5+ years in property accounting, preferably in commercial real estate
  • Experience with Funds, Joint Ventures, GAAP, and tax accounting
  • Knowledge of tenant recoveries and waterfall calculations

    • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Windows programs

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience using MRI Software
