Job Overview

First Service Air Conditioning Contractors Inc is actively seeking Licensed Commercial Plumbers to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on a wide range of commercial and industrial projects throughout Texas. This is a full-time, onsite position with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, waste drainage, and gas piping.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
• Lay out, assemble, and install piping systems in accordance with code and project plans.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure all work is up to standard.
• Collaborate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers.
• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Document completed work, materials used, and labor hours.
• Participate in overtime and weekend shifts when required by project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid Journeyman Plumbing License in the State of Texas.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, codes, and best practices.
• Ability to work from blueprints and technical schematics.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a professional review and drug screening in compliance with applicable laws.
