[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in business (finance, org behaviour, marketing), economics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Report writing skills 3-5 years of relevant work experience Partnering and liaise with different Group entities to support in their operations Conducting market research and studying market trends to support projects Evaluating the practices and market behavior of industry leaders / competitors Hosting and coordinating meetings including scheduling, drafting the agenda, driving the meeting to accomplish the agenda and distributing meeting minutes Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondences Writing and editing communications including letters, reports, legal documents Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical Maintaining accurate record of research along with confidentiality Demonstrated ability to be organized and work both independently and within a team, with strong attention to detail and strong project management skills Ability to positively influence others and to break down organizational silos Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and presenting to leadership Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Visio, Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPoint Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
