Product Program Management Analyst

We have an opening for a Product-Program Management Analyst. The Product Analyst will be responsible for the overall development and management of assigned insurance product and programs. This includes monitoring and evaluating profitability, retention, and growth performance and communicating directly to Product Managers and other Management the progress against targeted goals.

What You'll Do :

• You will provide leadership, direction, and integration of multiple project activities across functional groups / divisions, working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• You'll make recommendations and implement changes to attain Club's goals and objectives.
• You will guide people and impact results within and outside of the organization.
• You'll perform complex analysis designed to analyze and monitor the competitive landscape, product / program performance and identify opportunities.
• You will prepare reports on findings and recommendations for the Executives.

What You'll Need :

The starting pay range for this position is :

$78,200.00 - $104,100.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
