Superintendent - Heavy Civil Construction

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent - Heavy Civil Construction  to lead field operations across a wide range of public works and private infrastructure projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent - Heavy Civil Construction position include :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction as a Superintendent or high-level Foreman
• Proven ability to lead field operations, dispatch crews, manage subcontractors, and coordinate equipment and materials
• Experience with demolition, grading, paving, and chip sealing projects in the public and private sectors
• Proficiency with GPS grade control technology and familiarity with project management tools (MS365, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Sharpesoft Estimating a plus
• Responsible for scheduling inspections, coding and approving timecards, and ensuring safety and compliance on-site
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage field personnel, maintain community relationships, and support company culture
• OSHA 30, Competent Person Training, and Traffic Control Supervisor certification highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred but not required

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual performance bonuses.
