What We Do

Under direction from Escrow Officers/Escrow Branch Managers, verifies a signer and documents provided using audio-visual technology. Shift is 11:00 am - 8:00 pm PST. This position is remote in the following states: AZ, WA, CO, OR, TX, FL, VA, NV.

Essential Functions

• Review and verify signer’s identity according to the applicable commissioning state’s requirements
• Notarize and record documents using approved audio-visual and online technology
• Refer all questions or concerns to Escrow Officers. This position will not offer advice on processes or procedures.

Typical Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Licenses or Certificates

• Must be a Notary Public
• Must be licensed as a Remote Online Notary
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Typical Range of Experience

• Possess basic real estate/escrow/title terminology
• 1 year related experience reviewing and notarizing documents

Pay Range: $20.34 - $27.12 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
