A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the evolution of their ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and release management of new capabilities and enhancements
Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and drive automation to optimize operational efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
3-5 years of relevant experience with a strong background in ServiceNow development and platform ownership
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integration capabilities
Extensive hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, including JavaScript and scripting best practices
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and managing platform upgrades and release cycles
