A company is looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage candidates through various sourcing strategies and tools

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Conduct market research to inform sourcing strategies and provide insights to hiring managers

Required Qualifications

4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)

3 - 5+ years of recruiting experience aligned with the responsibilities of this position

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment

Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition
