Position Description : We are seeking an ambitious individual with extensive health plan knowledge to join our team! As a member of our benefits operations department, you will be responsible for handling the administration of all non-Prestige client plans. Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process all aspect of renewals (June / November / January)
• Process and administer the installation of new plans
• Communicate with carriers and clients
• Collect and maintain plan documentation
• Audit plans
• Claims assistance
• Partner with Accounting to reconcile bill
• Benefit system set up for new plans
• Assist with Open enrollment :

Prepare the system for every client renewal change (benefits and contributions) for Open Enrollment

Education and Experience Qualifications :

Salary in New York is around $70K - $75 based on experience

Must work Hybrid Schedule 3 days in the office (Melville, NY), 2 days work from home.
