ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

I opened my agency in 1996, and today I lead a dedicated team of six. Before becoming an agent, I earned my degree from Bowling Green State University and began my career as a State Farm claims representative. That experience taught me how meaningful it is to guide people through lifes unexpected moments, and my passion for helping others is still what drives me every day.

Community involvement is a huge part of what we do. I partner with local schools for Nordonia Safe Decisions Week, sponsoring events focused on safety education and teen driver awareness. Our team also supports organizations like the Emergency Assistance Center and Habitat for Humanity, because giving back is at the heart of our mission.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Jill Gaba - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
