Job Description

Oversee daily operations on healthcare construction sites in Houston. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project plans. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the management team. Manage and mentor on-site staff to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare should have: Proven experience in managing healthcare construction projects.
