[job_card.job_description]Works with the management team to develop and execute strategies to achieve operational goals at the restaurant level Participates in weekly manager meetings Ensures consistent execution of food, service, and hospitality that aligns with our values Proactively manages costs in conjunction with the Chef, with an eye on the daily & weekly projections and budgets Ensures that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed by the entire restaurant team Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a senior management position A passion for excellence in hospitality NYC Food Protection Certificate (Food Handler’s) required Proficiency in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and POS Ability to effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive attitude A solid track record of leading high-caliber service Flexible work schedules : the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 50lbs Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
