A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Quality Measure Developer to join its Health Transformation Team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and testing of electronic clinical quality measures using CQL, QDM, and FHIR

Define user requirements, design measure test plans, and lead quality measure development research teams

Prepare technical reports and presentations, providing strategic expertise in digital quality health and clinical informatics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in health or nursing informatics or electronic clinical quality measurement

Experience in a contract research or project-based environment

Hands-on experience with FHIR, CQL, QDM, and eCQM tools

Proven experience in developing, validating, and testing electronic clinical quality measures

Knowledge of Consensus-Based Entity requirements and federal rulemaking processes
