Merenda is a neighborhood wine bar with a tight, repeatable food program. We’re hiring a kitchen leader to bring structure and consistency to prep and service so nights run smoothly even when volume spikes.
This role exists because our prep systems need immediate stabilization. You will have real authority to organize, prioritize, and simplify execution.
This is an operations-first role, not a creative chef position.
