[job_card.job_description]Experience analyzing and documenting complex business rules workflow processes and re-engineering business operations. Experience leading meetings and facilitating requirements sessions with business and program subject matter experts including defining functional non-functional and security requirements. Experience in business analysis across all phases of the application development lifecycle including requirements analysis design development testing and maintenance of complex systems and reports. Experience developing comprehensive documentation including business requirements process flows swim lane diagrams use cases user interface mockups user guides and technical specifications. Experience using tools such as Visio Balsamiq or other similar applications for creating and maintaining process flows and wireframes.

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be included with the Candidate Proposal Response.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on software enhancement or new application development projects including gathering analyzing and prioritizing business requirements in collaboration with end users and preparing detailed documentation.
