Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, averaging 60-80 calls daily
Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to passengers
Progressively manage tasks of increasing complexity as skills develop
Required Qualifications
Must currently reside in Texas
1 year of Call Center experience
6 months of Customer Service experience
Basic typing / computer experience with excellent navigational skills
High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
