Overview

The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, enjoys working with clients, and is driven to meet tight deadlines. This is an in-office position located at our Moon Township, PA location. Effective transportation to and from the office is required.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will

  • Complete order entry for recording documents that are received from clients.
  • Recording title documents in a team environment.
  • Perform quality checks on documents prior to recording.
  • Submit documents to counties for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail.
  • Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording.

You possess

  • A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for filing documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures.

    • Responsibilities

  • Enter order for recording purposes.
  • Perform quality control checks on unrecorded documents prior to recording.
  • Submit documents to counties, for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail.
  • Utilize UPS for tracking of incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording.
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience working in an office environment.
  • 1-2 years' experience recording deed preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.
  • Critical reasoning and thinking skills required.

    • This is an in-office position located at our Moon Township, PA location. Effective transportation to and from the office is required.
