Quality Technician
Mentor, OH
Full-Time | 1st Shift
About the Role
We’re hiring a Quality Technician to support quality control and continuous improvement in our production environment. In this role, you’ll identify and resolve non-conformities, assist with root cause analysis, and help maintain our high manufacturing standards. You’ll work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure consistent quality across all products.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate and coordinate solutions for non-conforming parts or processes
- Lead or assist in problem-solving and corrective action efforts
- Perform inspections and measurements as needed for quality investigations
- Provide training on quality procedures and documentation
- Maintain calibration records and quality system data
- Write special inspection plans and participate in design reviews
- Support continuous improvement projects and quality initiatives
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to maintain quality standards
