Customer Service Representative

Spherion Staffing Sarasota is partnering with a respected local company known for their exceptional workplace culture and supportive leadership team. This organization values their employees, providing monthly team lunches and engaging activities to foster a positive work environment.

Location : Sarasota, FL (In-office position)

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm

Compensation : $18.00 / hour plus monthly performance bonuses

Responsibilities :

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
• Meet personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Skills :

Education : No Degree Required

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications : Need to be versed in Math and customer service, computers, emails and phone. Outbound and Inbound Customer Service experience
