Loan Setup Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist, Loan Set-Up, Wholesale, II.

Key Responsibilities

Receives loan application submissions from wholesale brokers and enters or verifies information in the loan origination system

Reviews new loan documentation for accuracy and submits files to the Wholesale Account Manager for processing

Assists departmental support staff as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent work experience

Two to four years of loan setup experience

Moderate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines

Some organizational skills and ability to work on several files simultaneously
