Daycare Teacher

• Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
• The teacher plans and implements age-appropriate educational, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and daily activities
• Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being
• Support children's emotional, social, and behavioral development
• Encourage positive interactions and model appropriate behavior
• Observe, document, and assess children's progress and development
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, toileting/diapering, and rest time
• Maintain accurate attendance and developmental records
• Follow all daycare policies, licensing regulations, and health and safety standards
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support classroom goals
