Unit Information : Rehab OT PT ST 77765 Location : Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital| Texsan Address : 8903 Floyd Curl San Antonio, TX 78240 Floor : (one level building) Building : General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - 48 Number of Staff 39 Type of staff : o Full Time OT / PT / SLP including PTA / COTA o PRN OT / PT / SLP including PTA / COTA Patient Ratios 4-5 patients (5.5 to 6 hours of treatment) Guaranteed hours : 36

• Documentation system : Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : Must have In-Patient Rehab experience Must have Acute care experience Preferred or nice to have : 2-3 Years of experience in Inpatient Rehab and / or acute hospital. Bilingual (English & Spanish) NDT or brain injury certifications List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapy - patient evaluations & treatments Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments Best personality Fit : Flexible & hardworking REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : Active OT or PT license in Texas Floating Area(s) : Acute care Dress Code : Scrub Color o PT / OT : Sage green / olive scrub top, black scrub pant, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only Nail Policy Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Start time is 8 : 00 AM Attendance is monitored Work minor / major holidays
