Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer with proven experience in designing developing testing and deploying CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a distributed global team taking ownership of end-to-end solution design integration with in-house platforms and infrastructure.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas TX is$115k - $125k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box features custom configurations and custom code.
• Work closely with development leads and architecture teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Implement end-to-end integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis testing deployment and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues acting as a go-to resource within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through refactoring debugging and optimizing existing applications.
• Support DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins Flosum and ANT Migration Tool.
