Join our team at Steve Trombley - State Farm Agency as a Customer Service Representative. We are a second-generation agency with over 80 years serving the Greater Portland area, and we take pride in our strong commitment to exceptional service.

In this role, you'll manage existing accounts and play a vital part in our daily operations. We're looking for someone with experience in an insurance agency who thrives on customer interaction but prefers a position without the pressure of aggressive sales targets. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding support to our customers and building lasting relationships, which are the cornerstone of our success.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Assist the business owner with daily operational tasks.
  • Serve as a proactive agent for positive change and continuous improvement.

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Maine Property and Casualty License, or a willingness to obtain one.
