THE JOB
The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts across three key markets while being based in Las Vegas . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving annual revenue targets, developing sales talent, and shaping sales strategy in partnership with the executive team.
Key responsibilities include :
- Leading and developing a sales team across three markets
- Managing a combined annual revenue target and monitoring weekly progress toward goals
- Coaching, accompanying, and training reps through a consultative sales methodology (SPIN / Sandler style prefferd)
- Selling alongside the team—attending meetings, joint calls, networking events, and industry functions
- Overseeing multi-market sales activity, forecasting, and performance management
- Partnering with leadership as a member of the weekly leadership team, influencing the company’s strategic direction
- Traveling approximately 4 nights per month to support teams
The role requires someone who can balance strong operational discipline with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate is polished, emotionally intelligent, and capable of leading both tenured sales professionals and newer hires.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
B2B sales experience3–5 years of sales management experience OR top-producing individual contributor experience within the commercial interiors industry who is clearly ready for leadershipStrong consultative selling backgroundExperience selling into operations-focused buyers : facility management, COO, VP of Real Estate, and C-suiteAbility to lead a distributed sales organization with varied levels of experienceHands-on leadership style—comfortable selling with the team and modeling best practicesHigh emotional intelligence and polished communication skillsMust be based in (or willing to relocate to) Las VegasWillingness to travel several times per month to other marketsPreferred :
Experience in commercial interiors, office furniture dealerships, design, architecture, construction, or related commercial building productsFamiliarity with structured leadership systems such as EOS / TractionDemonstrated success with larger deal sizes ($50K–$2M)THE BENEFITS
