Service Readiness Architect

A company is looking for a Service Readiness Architect (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to deliver solutions and define service impacts for new offerings

Architect service offers and manage the introduction of new services into the organization

Identify and manage service-related risks and ensure readiness of service delivery teams globally

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or related field

5 years of product management, service design, or service delivery experience

Conceptual knowledge of IT operations, including Network and Security Operations

Experience with service catalog management is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
