Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution (preferred)

3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, consulting, or finance

Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and manipulation

Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations

Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
