Controller

A company is looking for a Controller responsible for overseeing financial reporting and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the accounting organization, ensuring accountability and performance standards

Own the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements

Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations, month-end close processes, and internal controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

8-12 years of progressive accounting experience, including people management

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606

Experience preparing financial statements in regulated environments

Deep experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
