Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Regional Manager to support and oversee operations across multiple clinic locations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to advancing patient care, operational efficiency, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and clerical teams in assigned location, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to organizational standards.
- Collaborates with providers, practice managers, and administrative leadership to optimize clinic workflows, staffing models, and operational performance.
- Monitors clinical quality metrics, patient experience, and compliance standards; develops action plans to address performance gaps.
- Facilitates training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development for clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Assists in the implementation of clinical protocols, evidence-based practices, and organizational initiatives.
- Reviews and manages regional clinical schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure efficient coverage.
- Oversees the management and maintenance of medical records, documentation standards, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Triages and responds to escalated patient concerns, clinical questions, or operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Partners with leadership to support recruitment, performance reviews, and staff engagement across the region.
Requirements : Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience , with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.Strong understanding of clinic operations, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement principles.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff across multiple sites.Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general office software.Commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and operational excellence.Why Join Us?
