• Dedicated Outpatient Focus : Provide comprehensive women's health care services exclusively in a clinic setting, with no inpatient or evening call required.
• Flexible Work Schedule : Maintain a consistent work-life balance with four 8-hour weekdays (8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM) alongside a team of two midwives or a combination of midwives and Nurse Practitioners / Physician Assistants.
• Moderate Patient Volume : Manage a manageable patient load of approximately 20 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering personalized care.
• Streamlined Workflow : Utilize the efficient eClinicalWorks electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management.
• Work Autonomy with Support : Practice autonomously while having a supervising physician readily available for consultation when needed.
• Temporary Assignment : This locum tenens position offers a flexible 3-month commitment.
