Associate Degree in technical field and prior experience in a mechanically inclined role
Time management skills to support the production and RMA schedules.
Critical inspection skills to review incoming products and help determine field failures.
Able to assist with RCCA (Root Cause and Correction Analysis) with other team members.
Recognize trends in failures and components to report back to the QA department.
Meticulous in application of consistent methods and processes.
Assembly of small components and ability to utilize hand tools
Knowledge of soldering but will not be apart of job duties regularly.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
