Director of Operations Analytics

A company is looking for a Director of Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of frameworks and tools for measuring performance and optimizing resource allocation within Operations

Serve as a strategic advisor to Operations leadership, using data to inform decisions and define success metrics

Own the workforce management strategy, ensuring effective capacity planning and staffing models

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role, with 5+ years in a leadership position

Expertise in workforce management or capacity planning is preferred

Proven ability to partner with senior executives to address complex business challenges using data

Strong command of data and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Hex)

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate analytical talent
