A company is looking for a Learning Designer for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Lead learning initiatives by managing project plans and collaborating with various teams to define learning journeys that align with customer workflows
Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple formats, applying adult learning principles and visual design standards
Own the evaluation strategy for learning solutions, analyze feedback and data to continuously improve learning effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing and developing adult learning solutions for software products or complex processes
Strong expertise in learning design methodologies, including evaluation techniques
Proven ability to lead learning initiatives from inception to delivery
Advanced skills in using modern learning authoring and visual design tools
Data-informed mindset with experience in defining success metrics and using insights for iterative improvement
