We are looking for an experienced Collections Supervisor or Team Lead to join our team in Skokie, Illinois. In this role, you will oversee a small team, ensuring effective credit and collections management while maintaining high organizational standards. Responsibilities :

• Supervise and guide a team responsible for commercial credit and collections activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate credit approvals based on company policies and analysis.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to meet departmental objectives.
• Oversee account management processes to maintain customer satisfaction and minimize overdue balances.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline credit and collections workflows.
• Prepare and present reports on credit performance and collections outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Resolve escalated issues with clients and provide solutions to complex credit situations.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Support team members in achieving their growth and development goals.
