Senior Backend Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Backend.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot

Own features end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring while collaborating with Product Managers and Tech Leads

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and engineering quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

3.5+ years of professional software engineering experience

Experience with backend systems in production and familiarity with Java, SQL, and Spring frameworks

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and messaging tools like Kafka or SQS

Comfortable working in Agile environments and willing to mentor others
