Company Manager For Hell's Kitchen Tour

HK Tour LLC is seeking a company manager for the first national tour of Hell's Kitchen. The company manager will serve as a key leader within the company, working collaboratively with the company and general management teams to ensure a successful, equitable, and inclusive production process.

We are seeking someone who is a true self-starter, a multi-tasker, and able to prioritize responsibilities. Candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, possess and exhibit empathy, exude a good sense of humor, and possess a track record of on-their-feet problem solving. Candidates must be proactive and possess clear communication skills, the ability to be a team player, and be able to work both collaboratively and independently.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Work with stage management and general management to ensure performances have all necessary elements needed.
• Book and coordinate travel, ground transportation, and housing for a touring company of approximately sixty (60), plus creatives and producers, as needed.
• Represent the producer in all aspects on the ground, including collaborating with local venue and road presenter, and managing expectations of the touring company.
• Coordinate with local venue and road presenter in each city to execute touring contract as agreed upon by the producer.
• Process weekly payroll, reimbursements, and remitting union benefits.
• Calculate and process necessary overage payments to company members, and remit corresponding benefit payments.
• Process and pay all incoming bills on behalf of the tour.
• Audit and report nightly box office statements and weekly financial settlements.
• Oversee and processes company house seats, releases, and inventory management.
• Work with the tour's leadership, EDI, and HR teams to ensure all HR and equity, diversity, and inclusion practices are being uplifted and adhered to.
• Collaborating with leadership teams to draft any disciplinary notices, and convey the notice to company member as well as the corresponding unions as needed.
• Mentoring and training NMAM Assistant Company Manager.
• File workers comp claims and assist company members with the insurance process as well as helping to locate doctors.
• Attend meetings with production and related personnel, including weekly producer meetings, management meetings, and marketing meetings.
• Assist with the planning and execution of company events, parties, and maintaining company morale.
• Maintain comprehensive files within the company's shared drive.
• Other company management duties as assigned.
