Position Summary
Develop the strategic plan for growing existing client relationships, with a focus on revenue retention and growth and client referenceability. Serve in a consultative role to clients' senior leadership on how Data & Analytics products and services align to tactical and strategic goals. Assigned moderate to large emerging client accounts. As the subject matter expert for BNY's data and analytics capabilities, work with colleagues across BNY on joint account plans for strategic clients.
Responsibilities
Develop the strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships, with a focus on revenue retention and incremental account growth.
Conduct frequent and regular check-ins with assigned clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and strategic alignment with firm services / product offerings.
Work with clients to ensure awareness of product enhancements, new capabilities and maintain regular adoption of the latest releases.
Act as internal / external escalation point for portfolio of clients leveraging Data and Analytics solutions.
Assess risk levels for assigned clients and develop action plans for client retention.
Develop, track and report on relationship strategy / results for assigned client portfolio and contribute to the development of team / unit metrics, dashboards and roadmaps.
Work closely with business development teams to ensure relationship management strategy is executed by account management and client service teams.
Evaluate and structure deal (pricing, contract terms, etc.) to determine the optimal terms for both the client and the firm.
Attend industry events and conferences to remain visible in the market and stay current on industry trends and competitor services / offerings.
Qualifications
7 – 10 years in Relationship Management, Sales, Client Service, or Account Management in the Financial Services industry with a focus on investment managers and fund companies.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Developed significant expertise on industry trends, competitor services / offerings and client business environment.

Base salary range : $102,000 – $190,000 per year, plus potential commission, bonuses, and incentive packages. Salary determined on an individualized basis and may be adjusted in accordance with performance, location, and market factors.
