Job Summary :

TheSenior Manager IT Meter to Cashis a strategic leadership role within the IT Customer Systems and Innovation organization. This position is responsible for the development implementation and support of application services across Entergys Meter to Cash (M2C) value chain. The role ensures alignment between IT initiatives and business strategy with a focus on delivering innovative reliable and scalable solutions that enhance operational performance and customer experience.

The Senior Manager oversees a portfolio of applicationsincludingSAP IS-USiemens EnergyIP andItron UtilityIQthat support Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) billing and back-office operations. This role ensures successful project delivery operational excellence and platform standardization through effective leadership vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
