Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the quality improvement program functions
Review and analyze reports and collaborate with staff to obtain necessary data for planning and compliance
Prepare reports for management and evaluate current procedures to implement improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of clinical, quality management, or healthcare-related experience
1 year of recent quality improvement and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment, preferably managed care
