• Work off of a monthly cycle - 1st to the 10th of the month they are getting Excel remittance files from Mortgage Servicer with the activity of the group of loans for the prior month
• Will load information into system and look at exemptions to ensure payments line up on both sides
• Will be handling written communication with Servicer and working to get variances resolved (getting documents, making change on servicer side, etc.)
• On the 10th - 17th of the month they will do reconciliations of the data that has been inputted in the first half of the month
• On the 18th they will get a wire in from Servicer and make sure it matches what they have on their side for payments
• On the 18th through the rest of the month they are working on anything that didn't get fixed or resolved

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Highlands Ranch, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.44 / hr.
