[job_card.job_description]$25 / hour + up to 7% bonus pay for nights / weekends Day shifts : 6 : 45AM3 : 15PM or 7 : 45AM4 : 15PM Night shifts : 2 : 45PM11 : 15PM or 3 : 45PM12 : 15AM Rotating 5-day schedules (WedSun, ThuMon, FriTue, SatWed) Must live in Miami and have FL Driver's Licence Clean driving record, no DUIs or criminal history Ability to focus for long driving sessions (up to 8 hrs / day) Strong communication and basic tech troubleshooting skills Professional driving experience (Rideshare, delivery) Military, law enforcement, or technical background Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or computer systems 1 minute typing test at 45WPM Virtual interview (Zoom) Driving test with cones, parking, city navigation

About the Role
We're hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operators in Miami to support the launch of a self-driving ride-hailing service. This is a local candidates must live in the Miami area. Operators will drive and monitor vehicles, ensure safety, and provide feedback to engineering teams.
