Requirements / Qualifications

Possession of a valid license as a vocational nurse issued by the California Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners required. Training and experience equivalent to completion of the 12th grade and graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing.

Incomplete application without the required documents cannot be processed.
