Job Summary :

Join our client's R&D Business Analytics team as a Business Analysis & Information Manager. You'll play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions, and driving innovation in a dynamic, science-focused environment. Collaborate with various departments to enhance performance and achieve breakthrough results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and present complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning with R&D and business goals.
• Track and report on performance using dashboards and KPIs, focusing on R&D projects.
• Work with R&D, Operations, and Finance teams to define requirements and develop analytics solutions.
• Lead business analysis activities, including process mapping and gap analysis, to improve R&D operations.
• Provide leadership with performance updates and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on goals and deliverables through effective communication.

Skills Required :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, mathematics, or business.
• Over 5 years of experience in business analytics or data analysis, preferably in R&D environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with MS Teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
• Proven track record in driving business performance in technical domains.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
• Expertise in dashboard creation and KPI tracking.
• Passion for AI and data-driven solutions in R&D.
