Powhatan CNA or PCA

Senior Helpers has an immediate part-time need for a veteran, male client in Powhatan. Days are Tue, Wed, Fri. 9 AM - 2 PM. Caregiver must know how to use a Hoyer Lift, Clients have Pets, and it's $20 / hour. This can turn into full-time work eventually.

This client requires a very patient and empathetic caregiver.  There is the potential that VA benefits may open up caregiver opportunities during the week also.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and social activities
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up
