As a Community Director, you will play a pivotal role in diving deep into your regions, cultivating strong talent, aligning resources, and driving growth. Alongside your team, you'll connect in a dynamic environment and create a positive impact on teens, our community, and the world.

Shaping The Future For Teens And Yourself

As a Community Director, your responsibilities will include :

• Take responsibility for the health and viability of your regions, its programming and relationships.
• Deploy staff strategically to sustain activities across geographies.
• Lead the team to achieve goals around membership, experiences, and participation.
• Hire, train and supervise full-time BBYO teammates in their area.
• Develop direct reports with an expectation of high performance and promotion.
• Ensure chapter and regional program is of the highest caliber.
• Serve as the final arbiter on compliance, discipline issues and parent concerns.
• Seek out and develop relationships with parents, alumni and community partners to mobilize more people to grow BBYO, and drive metrics.
• Build a strong culture aligned with BBYO's Culture Credo.
• Participate in organizational projects, teams, and summer programs as assigned to expand the movement and strengthen teen leadership.
