We are seeking a friendly, motivated team player to join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Associate . In this role, you will assist customers by providing excellent service while supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, customer interaction, evaluating and processing transactions, and keeping all areas of the store organized and secure. The ideal candidate is not only friendly and savvy, but also contributes to a positive workplace culture because we know great teamwork leads to great customer experiences!

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and respect.
  • Assist customers with sales in multiple product categories.
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere with both customers and coworkers.
  • Perform general store upkeep, including but not limited to cleaning, organizing and maintaining displays, counters and all shared areas
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and responsibly.

    • Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old ( required ).
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and good personal hygiene at all times ( required ).
  • Strong communication skills; ability to interact with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Friendly, and able to maintain a Positive attitude!
  • Trustworthy and dependable; may handle transactions alone at times.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Willing to complete a 90-day probation period.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a strong plus.
  • An interest in working with people and prior retail experience.
  • Experience using social media trends to connect with customers and showcase our services is highly valued.
