General Dentist – $175k–$350k, 30% Production, $25k Sign-On, Daily Guarantee, Partnership Potential

We're seeking a passionate, clinically driven General Dentist to join our team full- or part-time and provide high-quality care to a strong, loyal patient base. For the right long-term fit , there is also the potential for future partnership in the practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning potential of $175,000–$350,000 / year (base + 30% of production )
• $25,000 sign-on bonus ($12,500 on first paycheck and $12,500 at renewal)
• Guaranteed $1,100 / day for the first 90 days, then $1,000 / day thereafter
